Our plum wine - Kabosu to Umeshu no Monogatari (“The Story of Kabosu and Plum Wine”) (photo: 720ml) is a blend of plum wine which is made by pickling Bungo Plums and Nanko Plums, all cultivated in Usuki City, Oita Prefecture, and our Kabosu juice - which is a specialty of Usuki. The sweetness of the plum wine is tempered by the sharpness of the Kabosu juice. With an alcohol content of 12%, we think it’s an easy drink to drink, especially on the rocks or mixed with water.
