Our potato shochu - Kanta-Kun (photo: 900ml) is made using 100% Kanta-Kun, a type of Beniharuka sweet potato with a high sugar content. They are cultivated in Usuki City, Oita Prefecture. The sweetness is extracted during the atmospheric Distillation. This sweet potato shochu goes well with local chicken cuisine or yakitori. Itfs great straight, on the rocks, or with water (hot or cold) c itfs up to you! Enjoy the sweet taste of Usuki!
