Our flagship barley shochu - Tsunezo (photo: 900 ml, 20% Vol) is produced using a vacuum distillation method, reducing the amount of filtering required. It has a subtle barley aroma with a clean, fresh taste. You can drink it straight, on the rocks or with water (hot or cold), it is completely up to you. It goes well with fish, meat, Chinese cuisine, and various other food. We also think itfs a great after-dinner drink and is very popular at Japanese sunakku bars.
We also offer our barley shochu - Tsunezo, brewed using atmospheric distillation (labelled gνˆ³φ—―h in red). Its characteristics include a rich barley flavour.
